how do you make a double head gasket

sup i am trying to finish my turbo setup but i need to lower my compression so heard a double head gasket is the best way to go yet i am unsure in the procedure of how to make it .if someone could please inform me that would be great

just buy a 3layer head gasket.. you should be fine with that
