How do you resize pics?

i have some pictures of my car on my computer but they are very big. i cant figure out how to shrink them so i can post them in my auto trader ad. can anyone please help me. thanks.

you need to open them in an image editing program like Paint (windows). Then there should be a command to resize them. Resize, save and you're done.

its under the menu bar on photshop, pretty easy to figure out.
