How fast can it go?

I have a D16b7 SOHC civic hatch and would would like to make it as fast as possible but keep it N/A. I was wondering where I should start?

How would I go about doing that?

I am really looking for 0-60 power and not top end because I won't get very far in that category so do you know if there is any engine work that can be done to accomplish this
