how fast does an LS go

im kinda new at this but does any one know how fast an integra LS go's in a 1/4 mile? and a nother question if i want it v-tech what would i have to do or buy? but about that v-tech my car has this thing that when it go about 4000 rpm it feel like a v-tech cuz it makes my head go back and i was woundering if any one know about that?
