how much boost?

hey,anyone got any sugestions on how much boost i could run[safely]
Ive got ls/vtec forged je 8.5:1 cr, crower h-beam rods98 gsr head [brings cr to 9:1] pistons are 81.5 mm, AZ raceing cylinder brace
