How much can I get for 2000 LS

Me and a friend of mine might be getting a 2000 Integra ls and we wanna turn around and resell it. Thing is its automatic. Its maroon, no dents scratches or rust, mesh wheels, really clean interior and really clean exterior, clean title and even has some intake (didn't really look at that). I think it had about 100k on it.

I'm wondering if we really clean it up and make it all nice how much we could probably get for it because I'm trying to get money for a new motor in my eg. But like I said its automatic and unfortunately I don't have any pictures up as of now but I'm trying to take a couple this week.

Online quotes say I can get at least 4 grand for it in good shape, which I'd say its almost perfect shape, but could I really expect to get that much for it when I hopefully try and sell it?
