So I have an 00 si and was rear ended a couple days ago, I'm getting another shell with built gsr with spun bearing, should put my b16 block with the gsr head or invest in getting another gsr block? Another option is I have a Ls block what's the pros and cons on running the Lsv with gsr head? Or b16 head what's best option

I would just sell the GSR head (or rebuild the block) and keep the b16 whole. Use that money to start a turbo build or buy and LSD transmission. You can get good results from mixing and matching, but you won't get a better investment for your money than you would by keeping the engine whole and building it up.

Yeah, i'd keep the b16 whole as well.... Selling off the parts from the built set up can probably net you a pretty good return too
