i need help on black housing my 99 accord.......if ne one knows how please tell me...........
 
i think hes talkin about black housing headlights..(projectors)...am i right?
 
Or changing the stock headlights to black housings...

1. Pull apart headlights
2. Mask off appropriate areas
3. Paint
4. Put it all back together again

Of course, there's a LOT more that you need to do to get it right... but you should read up more before you do this.... if this is what you want to do.
