How to bore out a b16a2 intake

will a dremel cut off wheel work good. Because those sand wheels shread easliy or will a engine machine shop do it ? 70mm tb on a b16intake stock manii. If anyone has done this please show pics and what u used

you would yeild better results just buying a real intake manifold for it... its not just about removing material

What exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to just do a port matching?

I've done it on my mitsus. Port matched a big TB to the plenum inlet, draw the ID using a sharpie then do the same for the other side at the runners.

Used a sanding drum for the TB side and metal cutting bits for the runner side
