How to bypass the h22 immobolizer??

hi, i ma swapping in a 97 h22 engine into my 96 accord, it is both obd2, and later i found out the h22 ecu got the security immobolizer that it won't power up unless u use the same prelude key for that engine, anybody know how to deal with this??

You could run a conversion harness, and a P13 OBD1 ecu. You could get the right key setup from honda, or find a different ecu with the security. Another option would be to hope that someone knows how to cheat past the security.

I thought only 98 and up had the immobilizer on them....

if i wanna put in a haltech ecu instead of the store ecu, wher can i get the haltech map for my enigne...
