how to change distributer side cam seal?

i have and oil leak coming from what i think is the distributer side cam seal, how do i change it, i have been trying to find some pics and do research but not much i could find. thanks for the help.

the only seal on the distributor side that you can change is the O-ring on the distributor housing right where it goes into the head.

would that o ring be the most likely problem, i have noticeable oil on the top of my tranny and the left side of my block, but not significant enought to add oil alot, idk where else it could be coming from, its not antifreeze for sure

Well the o ring is the easiest to change, so start with that. It could also be the valve cover gasket, the sealant between the No. 5 Camshaft holder may be leaking, or it could even be the head gasket.

just change it and clean what oil leaked. see if thats the problem then go from there.
