how to drop the gas tank to get to the fuel pump??

i was wondering im having some serious problems with my car its a 1990 civic hatchback si and its something to do with the fuel i replaced the main relay cuz i thought it might have been burned turns out i guess it wasnt but i need to find out how to get to the fuel pump if anyone knows how to dropp the fuel tank on this vehicle it would be a big help thanks

You shouldn't have to drop the tank to change the fuel pump. It should be right under the bottom of the back seat.

Two things- before you start throwing parts at the car, find out what's wrong with it, and also, go buy a damn shop manual for the car. If you're working on the car, there's no freakin' excuse not to at least have a $15 Haynes manual.

If you had the manual, your question would have been answered.

i could be wrong but only the floater is under the back seat

Nope, the whole thing- pump and sending unit- are under the seat.
