how to hook up a router...?

got dsl, also play socom2 for playstation online alot...

got sick of taking the dsl cable out of the computer and plugging it into the ps2.


so i got a router for free.


i can figure out how to hook up the cables and what not....but do you have to configure your computer some how? Anyone tell me step by step what to do or how hard it is?

what kinda router is it? i have a linksys 4 port. it comes with instructions.

anyways, plug your dsl into the ethernet port, and your main pc into 1 and your concurrent pc or ps2 into the next few.

open 192.168.1.1 in your browser, and setup your dsl settings. restart i think, then you should be all set.

i probably forgot something though.
