how to remove foot rest {dummy pedal}

hey huys i am attempting to remove my carpet so i can have it cleaned but i dont know how to remove the foot rest, i,ve removed everthing except that and i dont wana cut my carpet..so plz anybody can u help

There's a 10mm bolt holding it in, should be somewhere near the bottom IIRC.
