Best = on a dyno with a wideband O2 sensor

Good = anything up to and including tuning on a dyno with a wideband O2 sensor... just make sure you can measure your output somehow and measure your air/fuel ratio. You don't want to lean yourself out and blow up.

Shorten your signature. It's WAY too long.

get a p30 and call it a day

word chet. i agree that a p30 is the way to go.. if you have the vafc.. just use it to correct VTEC crossover point until you can dyno it.
