well first you want to scope out the engine, make sure the coast is clear, then, being very quiet, take a part, and jam it into the intake manifold and pry up real hard to snap the nuts off. this will give you a clear way right into the engine. I cant promise a clean break in, but you should be able to get in that mofo no problem
in my opinion.. engines built recently dont need really any break in period. depending on what kind of hone you use.. your rings can seat instantly.. there is an article about it in a catalog i have
