holy crap a vtec motor without vtec is umm how u say not so good. . . lol just thought i would metion that i noe it holds no value or whatnot. but damn above 5k theres nothing, i mean nothing what so ever, oh and fyi its a d16y8 in a 90 hatch. just thought id share that.

on another note, do any of you know if theirs a difference between a 1.5 and 1.6 air idle control valve? because i just recently did the swap and i have a 1.5 manifold from a 92-95 on it, and the air idle is fuking up. so i was wondering if theres a diff between the 1.5 and the 1.6 one.

i dont think so man its still a d series engine.....
all of Honda's egines look the same as long as the are in the same series of motors....and share most of the same parts, you can also interchange most of the parts within a series,

B,D,H,F,K are the more common engine series

and it might not be the idle control valve double check all your vacume lines...good luck
