hx35 Turbo

Anyone heard of an hx35 or hx35w turbo? Apparently, its a twin scroll ".50 trim", internally waste gated turbo off of like late 90's early 2000's trucks.. I looked on youtube for some footage of Honda's with them, and they seem to make pretty good power. What's everyone's opinions on them if you have heard of anything, good and bad.

My friend ran one on his built B16 for a while and never had problems with it.

what kind of power did they make?

the hx35's have been used for years! they are good turbos and make good power. probably rated somewhere around 350-400hp. they dont flow a ton of cfm so if you are wanting to make big power that isnt going to be the turbo for you.

well im only aiming for that power range, if my current .50 trim wont make the power i want, ill go for one of those.

if its tryuely a twin scroll, you will need a twin scroll manifold to support it.
