I would like to know will this work.I want to use D16 block ls rods with b-pistons or the d's pistons on a stock crank. The head milled and a P&P with a stage1 cam maybe stiffer srings stock valves with a 3-angle cut or just oversized witch ever would be better.Back all this up with a turbo.It sounds good just do know if it would work.

That sounds like your overcompicating a easy build.
The B pistons will not work.
Stock crank is fine.
Your better off just getting a set of H beams if you plan on turboing the motor.

Where is a good place to get some H beams when you are on a BUDGET build?

There's less than a $50 difference between the cheapest H beam and a Eagle H beam. We carry Eeagles, you'll find a few brands on ebay for a little less than Eagles.
