Opilio FTMFW. I don't like lobster unless it's the expensive kind (sorry, I don't remember, but I'm sure it isn't Rock, so probably Maine) And I'm snobby with my crab. I don't like the taste and gumminess. In fact, when it comes to beef and seafood, my palate prefers the expensive shit. I'm really a picky eater and had never enjoyed Filet Mignon before. I didn't like any other cut of meat until I'd begun trying some of the good ones. Now, when I go to Teppan, I eat like a pig. I guess it just has to be done right. As for crab, I never have liked anything other than Alaskan Snow Crab. It's sweeter. I'm addicted. Thank you, Cornelia Marie for my dinner last night. Crab Crackin' Mondays FTW!
