I love NJ. No the grocery stores and gas stations don't sell beer, but liquor stores are open really late compared to other states I have visited.

Plus, if you're like me, I walk into my local liquor store/bar (bar in the back of a liquor store. "Frankie's" FTMFW) at 2am as they are kicking everyone out of the bar and buy beer, liquor, anything. Or just pull up a stool and drink with the owner until like 4am.

OK, it's 3:49am and I'm cracking a beer because of this thread. Thanks guys....

Nevada is 24/7 for getting booze. There isn't a Wal-Mart or gas station that doesn't sell it at any time of the day. And if you don't want to buy it and drink it at home, you can always just hit up the casino or one of the many 24-hour bars. Free drinks while gambling.
