1. accord euro type-r
2. 99 accord h23 vtec
3. h22 type-s
4. prelude h22 sir

which one? I probobly wont wanna get a turbo for a while if at all, maybe down the road, but i want some power goin N/A

What's the difference in 3 and 4?

Best IMO would be #3 or #4 (if by #4 you mean a JDM H22). 1 and 2 will be expensive since they're rare engines, and unless you want to get them just to be different, 3 and 4 will be best for your dollar.
