i swapped out a b&m fuel pressure regulator along with the gauge. my fuel pressure is at 30 psi right now and when i'm driving and hit the vtec point, the engine gets louder like what a vtec does, but there's no power. it even feels like it slowed down. could this be because of my fuel pressure? does anybody knows what the stock fuel pressure for an h22a is set at? also, my fuel pressure gauge neeedle is bouncing between 27-30 psi when the car is on and settles back to 30 when i turn the car off. is there a leak on the vaccum lines or somewhere on the fuel lines? if any of you guys out there have any ideas, pls. help me out. thanks.

sounds like a leak.. and i dont think you're giving it enough fuel.. bump it up to 36-38 psi w/ the engine off.. put put the key in the on postition to prime the fuel pump, then adjust it
