2001+ EX models are a 1.7 DOHC VTEC, with 127 HP. You should just look in your local paper or the internet, and I am sure you can find a older Honda with a B16 or something that nobody wants anymore for about $4,000. Hell, you can get a POS CRX for $500 and buy a B16 with 40,000 miles for about $3,500 if you do the work yourself, that is a 14 second car, bone stock.

vtec does not equal fast... it only equals faster than non-vtec honda engines

NO

b18b owns sohc vtec

b20b owns sohc vtec

h23 owns sohc vtec

i bet a dohc zc would own a sohc vtec

Take that $4000 and get a CRX...... Preferrably an Si, then slap a vtec head on it..... Quick little pocket rocket!!!

Hell yeah, I have a friend here w/ a 94 Hatchback, it has the stock d15b7 in it, he added a block guard to it and build a custom turbo kit. Its a damn quick car, trying to sell it for $3000.
