The only thing that I know you can use without having to convert to OBDI is the AEM EMS standalone. You could use other tuning options like VAFC or e-manage but they don't offer as many tuning options.
i checked out the website and it appears the only diffrence betwee the two is that the vafc also allows you to set your vtec engagement point, where as the safc only does air fuel adjustment...
so if you have a vtec get the vafc, if nonvtec just use the safc...
