I just got into town (college) about an hour ago, and it turns out theres a party at my house. So I start casually drink, with no ambition to actually get drunk. I am down at our homemade bar just hanging out and talking, and the next thing I know, I felt like I am dreaming and I had passed out at the bar from drinking too much and some of my freinds are helping me up. Then I snap out of it, and turns out I did really faint. I wasn't drunk at all. A few people are standing around basically saying WTF happen and I jump up and say basically the same thing. Defentenly called it a night after that and turned to cliff bars and water. I did skip dinner tonight, and I really haven't drank since finals week last semester, plus I've been training pretty hard core for cycling for the past 2 weeks. Definetly all adds ups. Scary none the less. I guess I put my head toward the bar before I fainted and when I did, I smacked my nose on the bar on the way down. Hurts right now.

go see a doctor...get some blood tests ran...

could be an early sign of diebities.(sp)

:word: Diet change, and alcohol will show you a lot of shit, but might just be alcohol.

And if your nose is busted, I'd get it fixed asap. I broke mine, a couple of times, and well it doesn't look as pretty as I woudl like.

could be dehydration as well...cuz that happened to me in the middle of one of my classes in middle school...i was so embarrassed...lol...but i went to the doctor and got some tests ran...and they said everything looked fine...just that i may have been a lil dehydrated and that i needed to get some water in me...

80% of american people are dehydrated. Don't even know it.

Chest pains, headaches, insomnia (coughcough), toothaches, sleepiness or inability to focus are all symptoms. There are more too. Do a WebMD on it.

Everytime I look at this title, I read "I just Farted. Wierd as hell"

Hmm, I don't remember eating that.....lol

I'm pretty sure its just because I didn't eat anything since three. I have always had a mild case of hypoglycemia (basically the opposite of diabetes, over production of insulin, maskes your body consume sugar too quick). First time I had problems with it was back in 8th grade. I basically just had shit for lunch (like pop, maybe darritos, cookies, ect) and during my last hour, all of a sudden I start feeling dizzy and shakey (like when you find out your in trouble when you were a kid), my face turns pale and my teacher notices and asks for one of my friends to escort me to the office to go home. On my way there, I almost faint and puke. After I sit down and get some protein in me, I am fine. Happen again a few months later while I was a Caddie at a Country club. Told my golfer I felt dizzy, went in the woods and puked. Felts alright after that. Since then I've basicly stayed pretty good about my diet and always tried to keep as much protein in my diet as possible (protein helps keeps blood sugar level) while at the same time, trying to limit the amount of sugar in my diet. (Straight sugar like in pop/soda make your blood sugar jump up real fast, then crash to even lower levels later) Since then (8th grade) I have learned to pick up on the symptoms and eat something right away that will get ride of the symptoms. Engergy bars like Cliff bars are great because they have sugar too boost blood sugar level and then protein to keep it that way. Snicker bars are actually alright because you can find them anywhere (unlike many energy bars) and have peanuts too boost protein levels.
