Subject: ~*©ïv좮åçë ßõÿs*~ use of language

I am directing this post at the person known as "Jody". I was reading
your post and felt compelled to respond in kind: I think your use of
the english language is in gross negligence, your sentence structure
is poor, your spelling is absolutely atrocious ( Elementary school
level), I find it somewhat comical that you want to critize somebody
for trying to communicate, when you appear to be "uncommucatable". I
noticed that word?, in your first paragraph. I assumed everyone knew
how to use spell check, obviously I was mistaken, if you review your
post you will notice several more errors as well, and to think, you
want to educate somebody on the proper usage of the english language.
I am apalled at your inability to comprehend that this person may be
attempting to learn our language, at least he is trying to
communicate with us, regardless if it is broken or not. I am willing
to bet if you ran a speed shop or any other business for that matter,
you would not turn down his patronage, therefore that makes you a
hypocrite in my eyes. I also am concerned with why you are so narrow
minded. If the asian people never made a Honda you would not have a
vehicle to modify. I lived in Japan for three years and met a lot of
import tuners and visited world renowned speed shops and they could
care less that I spoke broken Japanese. They were happy to see that a
G.I. (short for government issue, I am ex-ARMY) had an interest in
modifying his car. I think maybe you should switch over to Camaro's,
Mustangs or 4x4 pick-up trucks with a gun rack and the rebel flag
flying out back, at least then more people would have views similiar
to yours. I will end this for now, Oh yeah you might want to critique
my post because I am sure that you may find some spelling errors as
well as lack of paragraph strucure. I too apparently do not know how
to use the english language.

WTF is THAT supposed to mean?  If you're calling me a racist, FUCK YOU. I have NO problem with races. I DO have a prople with people who come to snap judgement on people. I ALSO have a problem with uncommucatable people that try say something, but can't express themselves to where anyone can understand them in a language they apparently don't know how to use.

I make fun of people who attempt to work on cars that don't know a vacuum line from a spark plug wire. I make fun of people who talk mad shit at the street races talkin about I've got a 100 shot on my Civic DX. Really?  Where's the nozzle?  Where's the bottle?  Is that done with individual foggers or a single nozzle?

And if you don't understand why I do this, I really don't care. People should learn something aobut what they are talking about before trying to blind you with science.

Yeah, you can tell all of this from your biggoted post. If you don't
like people making judgements based on YOUR comments, either keep the
lame ones to yourself or use that pea-brain of yours to process the
thought before it is communicated. That is all, Sally.

I personally think I was SLIGHTLY out of line, but jeez. C'mon people. If you want to type the Engrish, then type in ENGLISH. You don't see me trying to post my broken ass German on some Deutcher site, do you?

Like the black guy in Gone in 60 Seconds said.

Now I know I can't swim, so you know what I do? I keep my black ass out of the water!

[Edit] sorry forgot one of the replies I received...[/Edit]

I couldn't help myself.. I replied again.

I don't see myself going to some foreign site and posting broken language. If I did, I'd expect to get reamed for it. For calling me a redneck, uneducated, and all that jazz, all I have to say is you do not know who you are dealing with.  The only typos in my previous email were because my keyboard wasn't keeping up, and I didn't feel like going back to proof read for inverted or non-registering key strikes. The word I made up was to get a point across.

BTW, I do own a Mustang. And it's my daily driver car because it's FASTER than my Honda, and easily 10 times more reliable, also.  If you have a problem with domestic cars, then why did you move back to America?

Piss on you, sir.

Wow

That is all I can muster. That guy has his head planted firmly in his rectum.

All I know is, I fucking hate it when I go to a drive-thru or call customer service or anything like that and the person I'm speaking too can't speak one sentence without stuttering, mispronouncing or using wrong words because he/she doesn't have even a basic grasp of the English language.

Why in holy hell would an employer place someone in a customer service position who can't speak English???!!! :bash:

[/rant]

Now that I've posted everyone email address on here... SHould we all porn spam them to death? :)

j/k

Maybe....

Translation : people need to buy a fucking Speak 'N Spell.

Dude half the people i call are like " No speaky engleeesh" it get so damn annoying, we actually have bi-lingual telemarketers to call these people. Thats pretty damn sad in two ways : 1. They cant speak our language. 2. Our company is so damn annoying ir wont even leave the poor foreign people alone. Oh well.

im sure everyone here has in their past, someone in their family who came to this country from a foreign land in order to bring the family to america. unless you are native american or from the UK, someone in your family probably spoke broken english when they got here just so you and your ancestors could live in freedom and have a better life.

yea, well i grew up in predominantly white area and got picked on daily, so ive got plenty of hate for anything remotely racist ;)

i had a roomate in college.

came from russia.

couldn't speak a word of english.

6 years later, he has a masters in Business and Economics, and can speak and write better than myself.

I have no pity. If you come here, learn English. its not that fucking hard.
nothing pisses me off more when people are running their mouths in some other language. its rude.

Engrish is even worse, cuz its butchering it.

i guess i have a different opinion because i come from a bilingual family, and have worked with people who arent that great at english. english happens to be one of the hardest languages to learn. its not like spanish or italian. anyway, its not realistic to expect everyone to learn a country's language before moving there. that could take years.

Walking and talking in broken English til you learn better is one thing. Trying to sell a car on an E-Mail user group that is in ENGLISH that you weren't invited to in the first place is entirely another.

And the three assholes that went off on me can suckle my nutsack. I'm so tired of bullshit.

damn... why's everybody upset over some bullshit and for those who have a pet peeve for others who's english -actually, grammatical structure- is bad, there's other things far worse to become upset over...
smoke a joint or drop an e pill and relax if you can't control your emotions and thoughts.......
being asian myself, as well as bilingual, the shit is funny to me when i hear someone speaking english in such a manner but i don't fuckin' get pissed about it... it's a waste of fuckin' energy...
i'd rather be pissed about some other shit..........
IMO

I agree with Gabe, and not with Jody... Jody- I think you got a little bit of what you deserved, honestly. My parents came here not knowing a single bit of English, but now they're flawless. No accents or anything. You can't expect everyone to perfect their English before they try to go about their everday lives though. It's just not feasible. Now if they don't make any attempt to improve, that's a different story. Not everyone can become 100% competent (to our daily standards) of using the English language- hell most people born here don't anyway- but they should at least try. That's expected- but ragging on someone just because they're trying to sell a car like anyone else and can't type properly... that's not cool. You don't know what kind of situation they're in.

i disagree with you on one of your points. i think english is one of the easier languages to learn. i think the harder languages to learn are some of the asian languages and the middle-eastern languages. arabic is really hard yo. you try to pronounce that stuff. i just wanted to get my $0.02 in.
