welp, 238 GB of my music is gone. Windows decided to format one of my partitons of my huge hard drive. the other partion still works. go fucking figure,

it frustrated me to the point of disaster. Windows, is going bye bye.

i will be re-doing my entire system over the weekend.

http://www.lycoris.com/ is going to be my New choice for operting systems...

it might take me a while to get all my hardware and shit together and get myself back online.

so, hold the fort. and i'll still be around at work and such if i don't figure it out.

Windows, for me, has had it's hay day.
    Never again.

Man, that sucks! But im glad to see you ridding yourself of windows. Any thoughts on a Linux switch? Im running Mandrake Linux and it supports RAID and all the other good stuff windows does with none of the garbage associated with windows, Anyways, good luck with your system restore.

Edit:im a tard, didnt read the Lycoris site well enough  congrats on the step up to a Linux based OS.

i'm really woried about my dsl card being driverless. as it is, i had to hack my registry to get it to work with Xp.
on their webste, it clearly states, not compatible with windows Xp. lol and guess who got it to work?

What fittings do you need? Don't be hard on yourself, that is just the nature of wrenching on Sundays.

Dude B- it's all about RAID 5 with a stand-by hot swap drive... along with not selecting the wrong "format" option.
