thats not a bad deal. I will be picking up a new helment next year. I am waiting for snell 2005
 
i kinda want to wait too...

but IMO, by the time 2000 10 comes around, i will be 2 or 3 helmets in probablly.... they start to smell after a while. so i dont think that's a big deal to me...

plus, theres some events left in the year that i would like to go to, but can't drive in them without a helment

True about the events. Mine is a snell 95 M that all my brothers and I used when we had a go-kart. We defently got our use out of it. We would sometimes flip the thing on the pavements, and basicly just flip it over and get right back on. Thats not mentioning the shit load of tree branches we would smack going 25mph in our back yard. It's a peice of shit, but it passes tech. Next year I will get a nice legal one, but whatever.
 
if you want to get it painted nice let me know,,,,,,, (more than likely no) but hell.......a buddy of mine will hook you up with a nice ass painted helmut for like 400ish, he normally charges 800.
