I need a tire size

I own an EK and I'm getting some civic HX wheels 14" but I'm gonna need tires. What size do ya'll reccommend? I've put 16's on the car right now with a 225/50 and I want it lower. If anybody can help I would appreciate it. Also the 16's are rubbing and it's about back at stock height.

As I said in the other one before I realized you were going to repost. I am running a 195 60 r14. Yokohama AS430's and I hate them. My car is lowered around three inches and these tires barely clear.
