the HF Rear axle lacks the stronger and heavier Si shaft housing. Honestly, it's a few pounds of unsprung weight savings. No big deal, is it ?

Wil's CRX had the HF rear axle. I didn't really notice any difference driving it.

No big deal, it's just one of those things I've always wanted....

I chopped off all the crap inside the axle and welded the mechanism up, so it's basicially the same except for the weight...

the First gen has no hope for cool suspension, so run whatcha got :) (Remember I have one tooo.. .it's not a hate statement)

Clayton's suspension out cornered a Ninja 900 .

His suspension is seriously so stiff, that I can drive anything but I get so fatigued driving that thing for more than 10 minutes. Mine is stiff, and my god it's swishy compared to his.

Yeah, my setup is more intended for roads and trips.

Yeah, mine is like riding with the susp bolted to the chassis with no springs/shocks. It's seriously not fun to dd anymore. I guess it's the price you pay to have a competitive autocross car...
