Why didn't you use your ebrake?? Or try downshifting (i'm just assuming you drive a stick, if not then my bad) into the shoulder? Your car just totally didn't move when you tried swerving? Eeek. :unsure: Sucks that you panicked, maybe you could have saved it if you didn't.

it sounds like the accident was your fault but you didn't get a ticket and your okay. that's good.

i'm guessing you have full coverage insurance but even if you don't its not a total loss cause you can still buy another car. that's good too.

so just be glad your ok, you didn't get a ticket, and if your cars totaled you get a new one.
