well loco, I'm not saying your wrong, It just sees that CT doesn't have an aor brake restriction. I did see it on other sites that say you need not a CDL but an extra exam about air brakes
 
THe only problem with those things is the dumbassess who drive them thinking it's a damn bumper car.
