Ight, I still got this surge between 1.5-2k, I DO NOT LIKE IT. Will the IACV casue this, the car idles at around 750-800 starts off fine but if i have it at partial throttle where it would be in between 1.5-2k it just jumps. I need to find out what causes this and I have an inkling that this could be the problem.

Help me out here.

mine would rev it's self when i was at idle, it would go from 750 to 2000 up and down up and down until i would start to drive. i used to get wierd looks from people at stoplights until replaced it. any codes?
