Okay im about ready to just put a new Intake Manifold on my 92 teg but will that stop my idle prob when i start the car it idles fine but once it runs for a min or 2 it will surge but i can hold the gas down for a couple mins for car to warm up and then it stops and it will work its way to a really low almost dead idle. Any Ideas on this?

if indeed the iacv is bad and you switch out mani's as long as theres a working iacv on the new mani i wouldnt see why not
I am pretty sure the IACV takes over control of the idle when the motor is warm. Since your car idles fine when its cold (pretty sure FITV takes care of idle when motor is cold) but it surges when its warm, try to clean the IACV. If you have brake cleaner...its a cheap experiment.
