how can i make sure i'm not getting a stollen engine or tranny??? it's a jdm engine and a us tranny..what can i look for what can i do to protect myself???
take the vin off the us tranny and call your state patrol.
if you are worried about the engine, ask for paperwork. if he doesn't have any. get a photocopy of his drivers license and a bill of sale and you are safe.
