Idle <500RPM...

B16A2, stock jdm civic OBD2 ecu...idle seems somewhat low just under 500 at most...it fluctuates between about 200 and just under 500...seem low or is it just my nit picking ass <_< ?

2-500 rpms is low, I don't know your specs, but I'm sure you should be between 5-800 somewhere.
You'll need a manual to adjust the idle, IF there is no underlying cause to your low idle.

I don't believe there would be anything wrong, the only thing i could think of was something with the grounds or ignition...

check your air filter, it could be super dirty. If that fine, you may have to adjust your idle screw.
