I have a b16a1 swap in my 89 civic hatch. I have a bad IACV, and I am having trouble finding a new one for it. Can anyone help.
 
Dude go get some STP intake cleaner and spray the shit down the rubber hose (while the car is on). You might have to have someone stepping on the gas a little since the cleaner isnt flammable. This will clean the carbon and crap build up on the IACV. This has solved the problem on both of my hondas. And no it wont hurt anything to try this. If anything it will clean ur intake :)
