Here's my problem... Got a 97 EX (manual) w/ b61a2 from a 2000 si, P72 obd2a ecu....
the car, being built by someone else, may have the automatic harness..... i need to know how many plugs an automatic harness would have.

this is what mine looks like...

so can anyone tell me how what your ecu plugs look like if you have a 96-98 ex manual or auto...

I called Peter from rywire.com and told him what I have... he suggests getting the stock harness and switching out my current one...then it would match up and my car would not run crappy

good stuff! how many plugs does a manual have? i'm thinking the builder did not swap out harness, solidifying what Peter from rywire stated
 
thank you guys for replying so quickly. Just curious, custompainter... do you have an auto 96-98 civic ex? can you match up the plugs to the ones i have in the pix? if not, i'll just go with what you have posted already. Again, thanks a lot... gonna compression test the engine and if all is well there, i'll just need to swap harness
 
whether or not i need the stock harness.... and what plugs look like that go into the ecu.
i think i have the automatic ex harness rather than the manual 96-98 harness....and it's making my car run like crap
