The Trisexual
Well, I went to court for possesion of a handgun, and transporting an unregistered firearm. I'm still here.

$202, yep two hundred and two dollars and 12 months PTI (probation) was my "sentence". I wasn't convicted and the case is still open, they put me on this trial probation thing for 12 months....I fuck up, bye bye for 5 years. If I keep myself out of trouble, it WON'T go on my criminal record. At the end of the 12 month term...if I stay out of trouble, of course, I'll only have one charge on my record for harassment.

I still have to go to Municipal court, which I'm more then likely to get 10-20 days in county. Fair trade considering the circumstances and it won't VOP me.

Unfortunately, since I never told my probation officer, he may violate me. This is why I tried to have this whole situation adjorned until after Oct. 17...my probation termination date. If he does give me a VOP, I have 3 possesion of CDS (weed) charges to deal with...but since I'm not violating for drugs, they'll probably just extend my term to 18-24 months. Either way, this new probation is a lot better, I'm allowed to leave state and even move where ever I want after 30 days.

6 Days later and I could have been golden...actually maybe closer to crude steel but that's better than where I'm at now.

"closer to crude steel".... I do not understand your slang, young man !

"Excuse me, does anyone on the plane speak Jive?" (Airplane, what a great movie)

if you decide to get the fuck out of there and away from your present crowd i offer my assistance

come on up to upstate-ish NY and i'll help get you back on your feet...

golden-In great standings
Silver- In good standings
down the line to crappy raw steel

If I was golden, I'd be free and clear. I'm still in a crappy situation, but it's better then jail.

Not sure if I want to move upstate Ny, although I could go to ITT up there also. That's my new plan, find a job, move, go to ITT, attempt to live a normal life.

you are a lucky motherfucker......good luck...and lock yourself in a room for 12 months..

i hope i dont get pregnant writing in your post....lol

I wish I was still 12 years old. Then all I'd have to do is go to school and come home and not have to worry about fines and maxed out CC's. I also wish I could sit at home all day and someone pay for my hobbies.

Dreaming will get me no where. So I think I'm going to go to PA and go to school. I probably should wait until after my municipal court to do anything drastic.

Good luck. I hope you get everything sorted out, and that you're able to avoid jail time. Just please please please get away from the lifestyle and people that are putting you into situations where you have to worry about dodging prison and the law.

haha I give you three months before this probation is broken... and I'm probably being generous.

You might as well stay at home and look up porn on the internet.

:werd: :withstupid:

No offense man, but you got the worst luck in the world. My bet is 2 months. :p

In all seriousness though, I hope you get things worked out man..

If he continues his lifestyle, its not if he gets caught breaking probation again, rather its when. All can be changed with common sense and the proper motivation.

hey man, hopefully you can pull your head outta your ass and make the right choices. no offense, but damn, you got a lot of stupid legal problems. I mean, yea i did my share of stupid shit as a kid, i got probation 3 times, once for hitting a moving car with soem water ballons and hitting the passenger in the face, the second time for a molotov cocktail wich didnt break and went under my frineds moms big rig, and the third for possession of a stolen bike. all stupid shit, and yea its kind of embarrassing, but i learned from it. thats what you need to do.

I've seen too many guys go down for dumb shit like drugs and other stuff, so i didnt want to be one of em. Thats one of the big reasons i moved away from home right after high school. shit i was only 17 and moved just so i wouldnt be caught up in all the stuff that happens in my hometown. never regretted it, cause that town has become bad gang territory amongst a lot of other problems.

so yea, don't want to preach to you or nothin. no one is going to do it for you. you got to do it for yourself.

I'd say take a little vacation by yourself, or a weekend off, a sober on too. go somewhere where you can be by yourself and really think about whats going on. then think about the shit you have been doin wrong and how it can be solved. i dunno, that helps me. when shit gets tough i just go to the beach by myself and think.

whatever you do, good luck, hope you make some better choices

I should probably join the army or navy or something. It might kee me out of some trouble.

hey man, if your serious, yea that might be a great choice for you. i personally chose the Marine corps, adn i dont regret it a bit. yea i hate some of the BS that comes with it, but whatever, i guess that part of it, and mostly its just my unit, not the Marine corps as a whole. as far as what service to choose, it all depends what you want. if you want hard training, and straight up discipline, then go marines. the army has more job opputunities supposedly, but whatever. i guess the army vs. marine corps thing will always be there. bottom line, as a marine you get training for a lot more things than you do in the army, and are a lot more disciplined. and yes i have family in the army, so i do know for a fact. as far as navy, ehh, i wouldn't choose it, unless you want to be on a ship. personally i wouldn't want that. as far as the air force, i don't see anything wrong with it, but you won't get the physical training you would in another branch. yes, after boot camp its all on you to train yourself, but as far as bot camp, the air force is not going to be challenging.

when i chose to enlist, i chose the marine corps for one reason. becasue i didn't know if i could make it. therefore when i graduated boot, I proved something to myself. seriously, that was something that i will always remember. . i realized that with the willpower you can accomplish anything. so many times during the 3 months of boot camp i wanted to quit and go home, buti didn't, and that hour or so long ceremony made all three monhs worth it. anyone that says that Marine Corp boot is not hard is full of shit.

seriously man, i respect any branch. without all of us, none of us would be able to do our jobs. but seriously, you need some good discipline, admit it. 10 minutes of some good IT from hard ass marine corps DI would help a little. I know Allbottledup could back that up, adn the other HS guy that wrote me in boot camp. seriously i got to get the letters out to see who it was.

hey Brian, if you wanna go, we back ya up. and i'm sure some of the guys would write ya, including me. 2 guys on here wrote me, which i didn't expect, and that was hella motivating to me. so go with what you think is right.

I can't join the Air Force...I have asthma and a few of my friends who tried to get in were denied because of it. And I'm not too a "flying" person.

But yea, I'm serious. I may join the Army, too much discipline and I'd flip shit, so if you're saying Marine Corps is more discpline oriented, then I need to go to the Army.

I'll have to look into all branches more thouroughly before I choose.

you might come out of there brain washed and crazy....

shit happens...

There's always therapy for that.

I'm mainly doing it to keep myself out of trouble, I really don't think I could do it. Not because I want to go out and be stupid. It's more that if I drive in Jersey which is almost a necessity, I go to jail. I smoke...I go to jail, I get too drunk and walk down the street I go to jail. If I'm at the wrong place at the wrong time during the next 364 days I go to jail.

The consequences are just too drastic for me to walk around and try to live without doing anything illegal, whether it be a minor traffic ticket or a criminal charge. If they gave me the choice between this and 3-6 months of jail time, free and clear after, I would take the jailtime. That way I'd know I couldn't fuck up nearly as bad if I decided to smoke or drink or accidentally speed after the term. Walking free isn't worth having the repercussions of something that could be so petty, it could be accidental and I'm fucked.

Like I said, this is technically an alternative lifestyle that may work for me, I'm not on lock but it's keeping me from doing completely stupid shit. It may get me to where I want to be after these 12 months.

My best friend never was caught or got time or had any problems with the law, but really was going to get caught at somepoint. He was slinging, wasn't doing anything good, and was going to fuck at point then he just up and joined the army, as he knew without it, he'd never go anywhere.

He just got done with boot and is going to advanced, and I guess is doing incredibly well. His whole look on the world has chnaged, and the lifestyle has kept him clean for the last year, as he had to be clean before he joined, and that took some time, so he could pass meps. I'd suggest doing this. It's damn worth it IMO if you're not contributing to society at the moment.

I'm not the kind of person to go crazy because of something like that. I can honestly say alot of thing in the military may not be moral, but if the order was given, it's done.

I give respect to military authority figures and can take some of the bullshit I may have to go through.

I have a story about a friend, from Chula Vista, San Diego, that starts out pretty similar. He was into all kinds of shit so he joined the Navy to get away from it all. He got a Dishonorable after about two years for beating the living shit out of his CO. He couldn't hang with the discipline and people telling him what to do. Another kid I know joined up so he could actually have a place to sleep. He went AWOL during basic for pretty much the same reason, and over hearing his CO talk about killing a group of six 14 year old girls in Iraq and the rest of his squad laughing about it. Both of these guys did either two or three months in military prison for that.

My point is this. Make sure it's something that you really want to do. I know a lot of people who gave it a shot and just weren't cut out for it. Most got Dishonorable Discharges, which isn't something you really want to put on future job applications. Make sure it's what you want, because if you don't like it once you're there you're fucked.

Another alternative might be a traditional martial art. That's what I did to get some discipline back into my life.
So blanco, are you from down here?. ehh Chula Vista is a shithole, they've supposedly cleaned up some of the crime there, but is still ghetto.
