I agree, if that was my wife I'd encourage her to take the offer. the reality of work is stability and money IMO. if one offers a better ballance of the 2 then that's the one to pick.

congrats man...i keep getting temp jobs for a lot more money than i was making...but that can go away very quickly.

if youre going to get hired on for that much of a raise id take it in a heart beat.
