Hi, everyone I'm new and never had a honda but I'm interested in a civic 95. And I want it fast but for street. I was thinking in changing the engine to a b18 type R but I'm looking for some advice in should I change the engine or modifie the b16 vtech that it has. What would be better and not so expensive. Any help would be apreciated.

I got a matrix Xrs almost stock. And it run pretty good for stock. But recently I was left behind by a acura gsr it sound preaty loud so I gues it was not stock but still it pass me real smoth by my side at 115mph, I think it was not stock but for honda came so many things. Besides the matrix it's a lot lot heavier. And 180 hp on the matrix and 200hp on a lighter car makes a diference.

So I've always like honda and runing a civic 95 with a b18 type R would be fast I think and nice.
