Immobiliser question with engine swap

    hi

    i'm joining this board from the UK - and need a little advice.

    trried this [post in the ECU forum - but no replies so am trying again in case anyone here can help

    i have a 2003 JDM spec DC5 integra Type R engine on its way to me to be installed as an engine swap.

    i have a heap of mechanical and plumbing issues to sort out - but have these in hand.

    one thing i know i will have to deal with is the immobiliser

    i have the ECU and the engine harness - but not the Key/fob

    question is - how do i get around the imobiliser - to get the engine to run.

    any input on ways around it or aftermarket ECUs would be very much appreciated

    keep all the reciepts then go to a dealer and they will remove it

    nice one hondabonded !!

    will check with them if it will fit my ecu
