This is about that other thread. I respect Blanco because I think that he has a lot of good information, but having a crank ground and installing bearings to the correct spec... like every other manufacture does... it isn't going to change your durability much.
I don't understand the point that I'm missing here. He just want's to import a car as cheaply and easily as possible. If you read that thread that I posted, that's how people are doing it. They import all of the parts and assemble it and then call it a kit car.
