injector recomendtion

Im thinking about using 440's for a 9psi upgrade. The only question i have is my car is obdo what injectors could i use? i know 89 eclipse turbo's are 450 would these plug right in? and while i got your attntion do i need a fuel rail or is that overated?

no fuel rails aren't overrated, at least IMO they're not.

if youre planning to use the fmu still, 440s are way too big

maybe 310s... i dunno... you're still going to have way too much fuel at idel.

i think its time to ditch the fmu and look into hodata

310's won't be too big at idle. The stock ecu can calibrate for 310's. I'd say you need a standalone, as well, though. WItht he heat the supercharger produces, upping boost from 7 psi or whatever is stock at all requires some sort of serious management.
