injector ??s

    i am gunna get some 450cc dsm injectors for my 89 rex and was wondering what would i ahve to do in order to get them to work right
    i understand teh fitment i can do that with out a problem but do i have to put inline resistors or what in ? i looked at the tech article on homemadeturbo.com and i just didnt understand the diff between saturated and the other one
    can anyone help?

    The write up on HMT tells you how to install them, what arent you understanding?

    i was just confused for a min i did re read it and i kind of get it i jus didnt know the differnce between the two types of injector systems
    so no matter what dsm injector i use i have to put inline resistors on it is what im reading . correct?

    not if its going in a rex. it should already have a resistor box if its fuel injected

    And no matter which type you choose, if the flow rate differs from stock (240cc generally), the ecu maps must be calibrated accordingly. Hondata (possibly others) make it real easy, just tell it what the new size injector is and it uses a multiplier to adjust the tables accordingly.
