i was told that the 92 accord dx has a airbag in the steering wheel and i just recently bought a racing wheel for my accord. how would i go about installing it?

You need to disable the airbag and remove it to take the wheel off. Do some searching on this site and on Google. There's plenty of write-ups out there about how to install after-market steering wheels. I know for a fact there's one in the reference section of this site...
