    What's the bolt tightening sequence on a b16a2? My haynes shows for a b18c1 bolts one through ten from center going out.

    From left to right, top to bottom;
    2 4 6 8
    1 3 5 7 9

    That's how the bolt pattern is.

    That's just what I did, 5. 4. 3. 6. 7. 8. 2. 1. 9 was last because it was the hardest to get to.

    But yeah. It's bolted on. Now I just can't get my cat -> header bolts to tighten, even with the air gun. it sounds like a hole in the exhaust under my car.

    So because I used the same bolts up into the block it's not letting me tighten the two into the cat?

    Ah. I thought you were talking about the header to engine block bolts.
