Intake air temp sensor

I race a 95 Civic on a circle track in the midwest. It is cheap class. I have been reading about putting resistors either in the intake air temp sensor or the coolant temp sensor to fool the ecu into adding fuel. Do both or only one? What ohm resistor to use? Parralle or series? Ideas??? Thanks

tricking the MAP i would imagine would be more benificial
