I am going to do a b16a (sir 2) swap this winter and i wanted to build the internals...I wanted to keep it mostly honda OEM parts tho.So my question is can i put only an ITR intake vavles on it and be ok without the exhaust?

This is the setup i want to use is...CTR cams,The port flow racing vavle kit,It has the inner and outer springs with titanuim ratainers.

And also what stock honda pistons OR aftermarket with stock bore will work good with this setup.I am going all motor

Honestly i would just get a valve job on your stock valves. If a competent machine shop does the work, you should get a positive flow increase. Much more than you would just by putting intake ITR valves.
